Anne Nolte is the Broker/Owner of 1st Realty Sales &
Management. A graduate of Wayne State College, she has made Wayne
her home for over 30 years.
Anne knows the Wayne area and its
people well. She believes dedication, experience and knowledge
are the basic foundations to serving her clientele.
She received both her sales license
and her appraisal license in 1988, and began her own business in 1997.
"I know that using this experience to serve others is the key to being
successful." She and other Sales Associates at 1st Realty keep current
with the ever-changing real estate field as members of the Norfolk
Board of REALTORS and the State and National Associations.
Anne's husband, Ken, is a lifelong
resident of the area and farms north of Wayne. They have a son,
Shawn and daughter, Traci.

Trisha Peters is
a lifelong resident of rural Wayne County. She
received her Bachelors of Science degree with concentrations in Public
Accounting and Marketing from Wayne State College in May 2004. Her real estate training was obtained from
Larabee School of Real Estate in Lincoln, and she received her
salesperson license in September 2004.
Trisha is glad to
have the opportunities she has been given in the community in which she
grew up. Outside of the office, she enjoys
helping with her family’s agricultural operation.

Brian Frevert brings an extensive sales
background to 1st Realty. Brian has worked in sales most of his
life, including auto sales, as well as his own business. He
received his real estate license through Larabee School of Real Estate
in Lincoln. He is available to serve clients in Wayne and the
surrounding northeast Nebraska area.
Brian is also a lifelong resident of Wayne. His wife Shelley is
employed at State National Bank. They have 3 children, Brandy,
Brittney, and Brad, and 3 grandchildren. |
